What are the Pool Hours?
The pool Hours are from 9:30AM until 7:00PM dusk.


How do I get a Parking Pass?
For any information concerning the parking passes, please see the parking information tab. For additional information, contact All Pro Group at (865)436-2849, or info@appms.us.


Are there storm protection rooms?
Storm protection rooms are located on the basement of buildings 3, 4, and 5. All residents and guests are urged to use these rooms in the event of severe weather alerts. The code to these rooms are 2020.


Is there a place to temporarily store small items?
Temporary storage of small items (bicycles, inflatable water toys, handicap devices, etc.) is available in the basements of buildings 3, 4, and 5. See Alan Sayers or Angel Foster for information.


Are there Quiet Hours?
Quiet Hours are designated during the periods of 10:00PM to 9:00AM.


What are the rules and regulations regarding Animals?
Article XII Use Restrictions Section 4 No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept on any portion of the properties, except dogs, cats, or other usual and common household pets not to exceed a total of two (2) in number and a total aggregate weight of 175 pounds, may be permitted in a residential unit. However, those pets which are permitted to roam free, or, in the sole discretion of the Board, endanger the health, make objectionable noise, or constitute a nuisance or inconvenience to the Members or the owner of any portion of the properties shall be removed by the board. No pets shall be kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose. Dogs shall at all times whenever they are outside a Residential Unit be confined on a leash held by a responsible person and shall be walked in designated areas. Members shall be responsible for removal and cleanup of all animals waste of their pets. (a) Feeding Wildlife Feeding of all Wildlife on the property is prohibited with the exception of wild hummingbirds with a hummingbird feeder system. This shall include all of the following; ducks, pigeons, groundhogs, skunks, or any other animal designated by this board to be a "wild" animal.


Are there specs for the Balcony Fans?
Yes. A picture of the Board Authorized Fan can be found online at Lowes. Item #80443 Model # 40942. What are the rules and regulations regarding Construction Activity?
Hours: 1)Construction work MUST NOT begin prior to 9:00 am daily. 2)Construction work MUST end by 5:00 pm daily. Trash: 1)All construction material trash MUST be removed from the premises. Discarding construction material is PROHIBITED in any dumpster on premises. The dumpsters on our property are monitored by camera 24/7 to ensure compliance. Elevator & Carts: 1) Transportation of construction material via the elevators is acceptable; however, it MUST be coordinated with the supporting maintenance staff. Please contact Alan Sayers at 865-924-2526 to arrange for wall protectors to be installed PRIOR to transporting supplies. A disregard of this rule implies the owners acceptance of their liability for any damages incurred in the elevators during the transportation of such materials. 2) Transportation of construction material via the heavy duty carts is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!


What are the regulations regarding trash?
1) All trash MUST be discarded in a CLOSED bag. No empty cups, bottles, etc. are allowed loosely in the dumpsters. 2) All cardboard boxes MUST be broken down prior to being discarded and MUST be placed in the rear of the dumpsters so it doesn't block incoming traffic.


What are the rules and regulations regarding elevator use?
1) Transportation of construction material via the elevators is acceptable; however, it MUST be coordinated with the supporting maintenance staff. Please contact Alan Sayers at 865-924-2526 to arrange for wall protectors to be installed PRIOR to transporting supplies.
